One to One Yoga Coaching

Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for beginners, returners and experienced students. We teach classical Hatha Yoga with postures, breathing techniques and relaxation.

Yoga class notes - current postures


Tadasana - Mountain pose

Ardha Chandrasana – Half Moon - using wall or blocks for support 

Tiryaka Tadasana – sway palm –

Virabhadrasana II then into Utthita Parsvakonasana – extended angle

The Pigeon – start in all fours 

Dwai Pada Petham – the bridge plus arms overhead if possible – raised bent or straight leg if desired 

Ardha Matsyendrasana - half spinal twist

News - the Menopause

Some women experience changes of mood and other effects as they go through the Menopause.  This can be a difficult time and coping with all aspects of your home and work life while going through these changes can be a challenge.


If you would like some simple techniques to help you manage the effects of the menopause and some Yoga and relaxation to maintain your wellbeing, then contact the Woodbridge Complementary Health Centre on 01394 388234 to find out more.

One to one Yoga coaching is good for getting started with Yoga and for progressing your own practice too.  


Individually tailored sessions also mean that you can tackle those tricky postures or improve your breathing techniques so that you get the most out of your regular classes.


Come and enjoy Yoga at the Woodbridge Complementary Health Centre where we have a lovely, bright room overlooking the garden with plenty of space to learn more about postures, breathing and relaxation.

 

Or bring a couple of friends along and enjoy exclusive Yoga sessions designed just for you!  3 or 4 friends can join together and share the cost.

 

4, 6 and 8 week programmes are available and I offer one-off sessions too.  I'm based at the Woodbridge Complementary Health Centre  on Mondays and Wednesdays.
