One to One Yoga Coaching

Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for beginners, returners and experienced students. We teach classical Hatha Yoga with postures, breathing techniques and relaxation.

Tadasana

Practice balance – half squat X 5 each leg

Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana -  extended hand to big toe pose with ties

Parsvottanasana - standing forward stretch – posture of the month

News - the power of silence

There has been an inspiring series of programmes on BBC 4 called Retreat - Meditations from a Monastery.  It's a great insight into a mindful way of living - being in the moment and carrying out daily tasks with awareness and a quiet mind.


I was singing in Belmont Abbey with Trianon Music Group last month on the day that the programme about the Abbey was being broadcast.  There is a link to it here and it's well worth watching, even if you have only a few minutes.

Or bring a couple of friends along and enjoy exclusive Yoga sessions designed just for you!  3 or 4 friends can join together and share the cost.

 

4, 6 and 8 week programmes are available and I offer one-off sessions too.  I'm based at the Woodbridge Complementary Health Centre  on Mondays and Wednesdays.
